"At present You Know" is the 4th flavor premiere episode of the American one-act-drama series, Drastic Housewives, and the 71st episode overall. The episode premiered on American Broadcasting Company (ABC) on September 30, 2007. It was written past serial creator Marc Cherry and directed by Larry Shaw.
In the episode, Susan (Teri Hatcher) learns that she is expecting a child while Bree (Marcia Cross) continues to fake her own pregnancy.
